A recent case study:

A man in his mid-thirties attended the service in crisis, suffering from depression and anxiety brought on by major life events. He felt that he was being ignored by other services and was frustrated that his problems were not being listened to.

After attending the Support Hub a plan was put in place for him involving face-to-face meetings, callbacks and options on how to remain safe.

It was clear off the back of his interactions with the service he felt that he is in a better place now, smiling with staff and stating, “This service and you girls have kept me going over the last few weeks!”.
