Service is available at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital for adults only.

They work by appointment only to enable service users to access and engage with mainstream services.

St Matthews Parish Nursing Service drop in Mon, Tues, Fri 9-12 & 2-4:30.

Offer physical health checks, sign post to services and act as advocates in liaising with other agencies.

HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) commissioned programmes help participants through their rehabilitation journey, reducing reoffending as a result.

CFO have been supporting participants for over 20 years, with activities and services tailored to each individual in order to address key barriers they are facing.

Programmes take place in custody and the community, and are delivered by different providers from region to region.
